• Firm understanding of Dimensional data modeling and Data warehousing concepts. Ability to manage expectations and deliver quality solutions that are both complete and on-time
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle BI Applications and informatica
• Hands on experience in OBIEE Apps
• Should have an exposure to the Oracle ERP Knowledge
• Hands-on experience on BI concepts, architecture and industry best practices
• Sound knowledge of BI Analytics (specifically HR, Project, Procurement and Finance Analytics)
• Ability to perform gap analysis between reporting in existing systems versus the pre-built out-of-box reports in Oracle BI Applications. Prior experience in such activity will be beneficial
• Implement Pre-built DWBI solutions and customize as per the business needs
• Review and analyze Business requirements and functional specifications
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Ability to interact eloquently and effectively with customer teams
• Experience with Onsite-Offshore work model Design
• Extend and implement Enterprise Data model (Logical and Physical)
• Participation in the design and development of data warehouses/ data marts Design reporting and analytic solutions to meet requirements
